Steven Leslie "Steve" Kagen is an American politician and physician who was the U.S. Representative for Wisconsin's 8th congressional district from 2007 to 2011. He is a member of the Democratic Party. He was defeated in his bid for re-election in 2010 by Reid Ribble, and officially succeeded by him on January 3, 2011.
The district is located in the northeastern part of the state and includes Green Bay and Appleton.
