Mark Louis is a Canadian professional ice hockey right winger. He is currently playing with the Portland Pirates of the American Hockey League. Louis played five seasons of major junior hockey in the Western Hockey League, scoring 10 goals and 40 assists for 50 points, while earning 379 penalty minutes, in 303 WHL games played. He then attended St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia where he played 41 CIS hockey games in the Atlantic conference from 2008 ? 2012. On April 30, 2012, the Phoenix Coyotes of the National Hockey League signed Louis to an entry-level contract, and on July 22, 2013 the Coyotes re-signed Louis for another two years.
