Tony DeHart is an American professional ice hockey defenseman. He is currently playing with the Gwinnett Gladiators in the ECHL. DeHart was selected by the New York Islanders in the 5th round of the 2010 NHL Entry Draft. DeHart played junior hockey in the Ontario Hockey League with the London Knights and Oshawa Generals. During the 2011-12 season DeHart played 46 games in the ECHL with the Stockton Thunder and, on July 12, 2012, he was re-signed by Stockton to return for a second season with the team. On July 3, 2013, it was announced that DeHart was one of three inaugural players for the St. Charles Chill of the Central Hockey League. Dehart played just 10 games with the Chill in the 2013-14 season, before returning to the ECHL, with the Florida Everblades on December 2, 2013. As a free agent, on August 13, 2014, DeHart decided to continue in the ECHL, signing a one-year contract with the Gwinnett Gladiators.
