Luke Lowden is an Australian Rules Football player who plays for the Adelaide Football Club in the Australian Football League and the Box Hill Football Club in the Victorian Football League. Lowden was chosen as pick 63 in the 2008 AFL Draft from the Sandringham Dragons and Caulfield Grammar School. He was raised on a farm near Shepparton where he played junior football for the Dookie United Football Club. In 2010 Lowden was promoted from the Box Hill Football Club reserves to the Box Hill Football Club seniors. Lowden continued to develop his game with some solid form with Box Hill throughout the 2013 season, culminating in playing in the clubs VFL Premiership victory against Geelong. On 7 June 2014, Lowden made his AFL debut for Hawthorn against the West Coast in Tasmania in round 12 of the 2014 AFL season. He finished the game with 15 hitouts and 3 goals.
