Gail Morgan Hickman is an American producer and writer of film and television. His first major writing credit was writing the story for the Dirty Harry film The Enforcer. His other screenplay credits include The London Connection, The Big Score, Murphy's Law, Number One with a Bullet and Death Wish 4: The Crackdown, both released in 1987. In 1977, Hickman wrote the book The Films of George Pal. The book has since gone out of print. From 1988, he focused primarily on television producing and writing for the series The Equalizer, Crime Story, Mancuso, F.B.I., The Flash, P.S. I Luv U, Matrix, One West Waikiki, The Sentinel, Largo Winch, Just Cause and most recently Aaron Stone.
