Stefan Charles is a Canadian football defensive tackle who is a member of the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League. He played CIS football with the Regina Rams. After the 2012 CIS season, he was ranked as the second best player in the Canadian Football League?s Amateur Scouting Bureau final rankings for players eligible in the 2013 CFL Draft, and first by players in Canadian Interuniversity Sport. He is affectionately known as "Northeast Territory" by his friends and teammates because of his massive size and the fact that he grew up in the north eastern area of Canada.
