Tammy Ader, now Tammy Green, is an American television writer, director and producer. She began her writing career in medical school while attending Brandeis University. She is close friends with Whoopi Goldberg, and is a fan of Michael Hauge. Tammy spent most of her career living and working in and around Los Angeles, California. She moved to Baltimore's inner harbor several years ago and began living with long-time friend, and sometimes unofficial medical consultant, Dr. Gary Green; a noted Emergency Medicine physician and former associate professor of medicine at Johns Hopkins University Medical Center. Following a nearly ten year on-again off-again relationship with Green, they were married in October 2008. The outdoor wedding ceremony took place at a waterside restaurant in Baltimore's inner harbor, followed by an evening reception at the Baltimore Aquarium. Following the wedding, Tammy and Gary split their time between living in the contemporary waterfront condominium they designed together in Baltimore and a Lower Manhattan apartment conveniently located near the Village and the NYU Medical Center Emergency Departments which Dr. Green currently administers.
