Dandeny Mu�oz Mosquera, also known as "La Quica", was purported to be the chief assassin for the Medell�n Cartel of Colombia. He was responsible for the deaths of an unknown number of people, supposedly murdering members of both the Medell�n Cartel and the rival Cali Cartel, as well as police officers and government officials. Among his crimes is the 1989 bombing of Avianca Flight 203, which killed 110 civilians. Some people have doubted about his guilt in the plane attack. The media in Colombia blamed this incident on Pablo Escobar and his associates as he was allegedly responsible for nearly all of the major attacks in the drug war, as the result of being a public enemy in America, who was pressuring Colombia to fight the drug trade. In 1991, Mu�oz Mosquera was arrested in Queens, New York for traveling with a fake passport. He was convicted and sentenced to six years in jail.
