Description
David Moncouti� is a retired French professional road racing cyclist, who rode with the French team Cofidis, for his entire professional career. He is a climber, and won his first professional race in a mountain stage of Crit�rium du Dauphin� Lib�r�. He has won Mountains Classification in Vuelta a Espa�a four times, one short of the record of five held by Jos� Luis Lagu�a.
As of today, Moncouti� is the last French cyclist to win a stage of the Tour de France on Bastille Day, the national holiday of France, back in 2005.
