Christer Samuel Bj�rkman is a Swedish singer. He was a hairdresser, and had a hair-salon in Bor�s. He started his career by recording a song called "V�ga och vinn" which was produced by Bruno Glenmark in the mid-1980s. He won Melodifestivalen 1992 with "I morgon �r en annan dag", and represented Sweden at the Eurovision Song Contest 1992. He finished second last, Sweden's worst result at the contest since 1977. He entered Melodifestivalen a second time in 1999 with a song called "V�lkommen hem" which finished last among the ten participants. He is now supervisor of Melodifestivalen, a post he has held since 2002. He was recently accused of manipulation of the jury which chooses the participating songs. He is the Show Producer of the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 held in Malm�, Sweden after Loreen's victory in Baku in the Eurovision Song Contest 2012.
