Born in Barrington Rhode Island Norman is the father of Two sons he Graduated from the University of Rhode Island and has an M.A. from the Manhattan School of Music. He is best known for his work on three Star Trek series playing different characters. in 1991 he played Proconsul Neral in two episodes of Star Trek : The Next Generation in 1993 played Kobheerian Captain in Star Trek Deep Space Nine and in 1995 played an Ocampa Man in Star Trek: Voyager. Norman is an accomplished Broadway performer, he was in the original cast of Les Miserables, also starred in A Doll's Life, Silverlake, and Meet me in St. Louis among many others. Norman sung in every major concert venue in New York, including Carnegie Hall, and performed as principal artist with the New York City Opera for four years.
