Judith Scott is an American actress who has been filmed since 1987 mainly in TV series. She was born in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Judy graduated from Naperville North High School- Class of 80. She portrayed Dr. Rose Kent on Season 1 of 24. She played a recurring role as Dr. Jenna Williams on the series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. She portrayed Esmee Pascal on the Showtime series Dexter. She has guest starred on Numbers, Family Law, Judging Amy, The X-Files, Crossing Jordan, House, Forever Knight and many other series. She made a guest appearance in Criminal Minds in the episode, 'What Fresh Hell' as Detective Charlotte Russet who asks for the BAU's help in tracking down a missing girl in Delaware.
