Megumi Ogata is a Japanese voice actress and singer from the Tokyo Metropolitan area. As a singer, she goes by the name em:�u. She attended T?kai University, but left due to lack of interest. She is also best known for voicing Sailor Uranus, Kurama, Tier Harribel from Bleach, and Shinji Ikari, as well as playing Yugi Mutou/Dark Yugi in the original Japanese version of Yu-Gi-Oh! which aired in 1998 and also Yukito Tsukishiro/Yue in the Japanese version of Cardcaptor Sakura.
